If you are registered as a M-Web Safeshop customer your shopping detail and billing detail will be kept in a secure server for your use in future shopping with any M-Web Safeshop store. Should you register to our newsletter you accept that Buycomputers will send a monthly newsletter to your email address containing special offers, competitions and other product related details. You are entitled to unsubscribe at any stage should you wish to. Under no circumstances will we ever sell, rent or give away your email address, name or any other personal information.
- WARRANTY AND RETURNS.
Returns:
Buycomputers sell all its products with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. We will arrange upliftment from your home or premises and will gladly refund your money minus shipping costs and a 10% handling fee as long as the item has not been used, is still in its original sealed packaging condition.
Please call (021) 713-1627 and let us know why you are not satisfied and we will provide a returns number and arrange a convenient upliftment time with you.
Warranty:
All our products are backed by the manufacturers warranty. The warranty period varies by product but if any product is found defective and is still under warranty, please contact (021) 713-1627 and our technical staff will try to establish the fault with you. You will be issued with a warranty return number and we will make arrangements to uplift and replace the item if the item is deemed defective and undamaged by the customer. If the item is returned and the technicians find that it has been damaged in any way by the customer or is in working order no credit or replacement will be granted and upliftment costs will be charged.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are delivered within 4 days from confirmation of order in urban hubs and usually within 7 days for outlying areas. We do provide shorter lead-time for business contracts.
Purchasing components: If you purchase all the components you need to put a complete machine together we can assemble it for you at your request for a nominal fee. If you want all the original boxes then please inform us and we'll ship them with the machine.
Stock availability: If an item is no longer in stock it will be placed on backorder and you will be notified. If you wish to cancel at this stage you will be given the opportunity.
Order confirmation: After placing your order with Buycomputers, you will receive an e-mail notification to confirm our receipt of your order request.
Shipping confirmation: Once the order is shipped you will receive a second e-mail confirming shipment including tracking information if sent by courier. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
I have not received my order?: We can see your delivery tracking 24/7 and will know if your order is delayed or not, we will always be in contact with you if there are any issues with your delivery. If for some reason you still feel concerned please contact us on (021) 713-1627.
Delivery address: We provide a "door-to-door" delivery service for most items except items that are more like consumables which will be sent to your nearest post office. If there is likely to be no-one present and home during the day for delivery please contact us and we will make other arrangements.

Adding an item to your trolley.
Each item will have a "buy" button. Click on this and your shopping cart will be displayed with the product you just selected. From here you can continue shopping, remove the item or check out (check out means to purchase the products).
Log in
If you are already a registered M-Web Safeshop shopper then click on "sign in" and follow the instructions. If you are not a registered Safeshop customer then you will have to click on register and follow the instructions.
Cancel Order
You will have an opportunity to cancel your order if it is done before you receive the shipped notification from Buycomputers.
